Ramona, I havent worked nights for years and when I did, it was all mayonnaise sandwiches LOL
But I often think back to those days and how I would do things differently today. I love everyones advice about eating regularly 5 1/2 hours or so .. thats what I would do when travelling these days.
I also know that planned snack would help me lots in the transition between days to nights. That really helps me in times of change.
what step are you focusing on right now?
