:I used to work odd shifts too and would go too long without food or eat enormous quantities of food late at night.
Maybe you could space out the meals into four or five hour segments with some of the meals smack in the middle of your work time of course so you can have continued energy. Eat before you leave for work ( breakfast type foods ) Keep us posted on how it works out . I know it will.
