Breakfast in August
homemade sloppy joe for supper
time to just sit and read
Hi all,
Some Saturdays darling man and I have breakfast at a diner but today we ate in so I made shake this morning.
*pre-prepped: intentionally not in case we went out for brekky
*enough protein: yes, protein powder, brazil nuts, peanut buter
*brown: 1/3 cup oats
*w/i hour: up 6:45, shake 7:15
*greens: bok choy and spinach
*everyday: 11/11
