When I was working wacky hours, what worked for me was just to eat every 5 or 5 1/2 hours. Sort of like a travel schedule. I ate breakfast within an hour of getting up, then timed everything else off of that. Potato 3 hours after the last meal -- whenever that was. :h11) I brought food to work, so I always knew what I was going to be eating. Even if I had to eat at my desk or squeeze a meal into a 15-minute break, I found a way. :h4)

It was strange, but it actually worked. I found I did so much better than my co-workers, who were living off the vending machines and late-night fast food.
