Breakfast in August

Hi all,
Today was a 2 breakfast day. I had regular shake w/i an hour and then had a bowl of oatmeal with pecans, dried cranberries and bananas when I met a friend for (2nd) breakfast. I wasn't hungry before lunch and I had a good steady day at work.

August 10 breakfast: 1st shake, 2nd oatmeal
*Pre-prepped: yes
*enough protein: yes, protein powder, brazil nuts, peanut butter (finally got around to stirring up the new jar using Sky's one-beater-in-the-mixer method)
*brown: yes 1/4 cup oats
*W/i hour: up 6:15, eat 7:00
*greens: 1/2 cup torn up bok choy, 1/2 cup spinach
*everyday: 10/10
