that gave me a giggle. you know how we sugar sensitives want definitive answers! but playing around with the size of the potato will be enlightening. for instance, over the last few days of the reduced potato size, i've noticed my impulsivity has increased, despite the fact that i'm now getting a normal amount of sleep. so i'm going to increase back to a bit larger spud; would rather settle for a little less sleep and gain a stronger resistance to impulsivity. this morning i went into a store to buy dish detergent and when i got to the register i could not resist the call of the chocolate bars arrayed there. : ( this hasn't happened to me in a couple of weeks, since i started the potato. what i can bring away from this is a stronger faith in the power of the potato!
