Hi Cam,

I wouldn't worry about the supplement. Are you able to eat any other browns? I had gut problems when I first started, and I had a Dr. suggest that I cut back on my browns. I cut back, and within about 2 weeks my husband asked me..."How long were you going to try this?" He noticed, as did I, that I was more volatile, less calm without my extra browns. Sweet potatoes are one of my best browns, and I love them when I'm stressed, or not feeling well.
