Breakfast in August

Hi all,
I went to prep my shake last night, found ants instead and got distracted. Didn't remember until this morning so made it fresh. I used 1/2 spinach and 1/2 bok choy and the flavor was intense, kind of bright and not unpleasant. So I think I'll do it again.

August 8 breakfast: shake
*Pre-prepped: no
*enough protein: yes, protein powder, brazil nuts, greek yogurt
*brown: yes 1/3 cup oats
*w/i hour: up 6:30, eat 7:00
*greens: 1/2 cup chop spinach, 1/2 cup chop bok choy
*everyday: check
