Things are getting a tad bit more complicated

Hey Everyone,

So my doctor and my acupuncturist think I might have leaky guy syndrome. Apparently my digestive system is extremely out of whack. Now I am just supposed to eat meats, poultry, fish, and veggies. I have eliminated all grains and am starting to feel better. A probiotic supplement was recommended to me to help with my bodies repair. I haven’t bought it yet, but I noticed one of the ingredients is microcrystalline cellulose. Will this be a problem? I have been very good about no sugars. In fact I haven’t had any simple or refined sugars in over a month. So I don’t want the supplement to screw things up.
