potato/serotonin question

i recently posted that eating a very small potato in the evening caused very colorful, vivid dreams, but that i was waking about an hour too early in the morning. allison suggested i cut back on the potato size, and that seems to have done the trick. now my inquiring mind wants to know: do i need less potato, at least at this point, because i already have a decent serotonin level in my brain, or is it that my serotonin is so low that i can't take a large spike til i get used to the serotonin-raising effect of the potato? i suppose there isn't a one-size-fits-all answer, but i am curious as to whether anyone [for instance, kathleen? : )] has come to such a determination.
