Hi all,
CSA veggies got me really experimenting with greens in shake. I'm not crazy about cooked greens in a pile on my plate but after a lot of experimenting, I've found ways to put just about any green in shake and enjoy it. The box has bok choy this week.
Breakfast August 7
*Pre-prepped: yes
*Enough protein: yes, protein powder, brazil nuts, greek yogurt
*Brown: yes, 1/3/cup oats
*w/i hour: up 6:30, eat 7:15
*greens: yes 1 cup chopped spinach (I think I forgot to list greens yesterday, it was the same 1c spinach)
Tune in tomorrow to find out if raw bok choy is tasty in shake.
