Hurray for you and a solid patient step 4 I went with your Jump idea on my first run-through the steps. My reasoning being I knew everything possible there was to know about browns
True, in a way LOL but I had not reckoned on the process of experiencing step 5 from the perspective of a steady 1234
So on my second 'go' I sat on step 5 for a while, and just noticed browns and my journal. Wrote how I felt. Bravely tried some new things It was quite a peaceful, contemplative process and I found what I call my 'Best' browns, those that make me feel alive... and actually some browns that don't seem to last so long for instance. It was really quite different from what had gone before, glad I had the experience of it
I still call by step 5 list because there are some amazing ideas there, and in the files is a wealth of information. I eat gluten free, but even if you dont it would be a shame to miss out on Socca and other gram flour recipes, oatcakes and buckwheat pancakes
and of course you might have some step 5 things up your sleeve that I would like to know about
