From Step 4 to Step 6
I have been doing Step 4 for some time and feeling pretty solid. I VERY seldom have whites with meals (white rice occasionally in an Asian restaurant). My meals and snacks are already complex carbs and have been for many months. So does it make sense to jump to step 6 when I am ready, assuming I am already doing Step 5? Maybe I am missing something here.
