When I started the program, and read about lots of people noticing changes just from breakfast, I felt a bit discouraged too. I kept at it though, and did find that step 3 was really helpful. My blood sugar was really volatile, and having enough food, and on time made a huge difference for me. I think things change all along, but it is just hard to notice when things feel dark or scary.
Not getting hungry between breakfast and lunch is really a big change! I always felt like I would just always be hungry anytime I tried a new food program. I'm so thankful that *bottomless pit* feeling is gone!
