I certainly don't have an answer, but I can tell you I have had the EXACT same experience as you described here: "I'm on day 31 of step one...So far, the only positive change I can see is that I don't get hungry between breakfast and lunch. But I'm gaining weight - which I find scary." Every time I bring this up here or in the yahoo group everyone says the same thing - just wait, it will even out. I have decided for once in my life to just trust and not rush this. I'm hearing too many positive results to throw in the towel. Have you joined an online group? I'm getting ready to sign up for Step Two group, but plan to keep checking in here and group one so I don't lose sight of the foundation of breakfast. Good luck!
