Re: Birthday...
In Response To: Birthday... ()

its a great idea about combining things. funnily enough I havent got a sweet tooth, but the combinations of foods really appeals to me. Often at lunch I go round the fridge, collectiong, till I have an assortment of things.

Glad you enjoyed that special birthday :h9) I remember those days :h11)

step one, and you dont have to fret about the rest of the day, so your breakfast focus is spot on :h2)

have you seen the Parents list? You are doing just the right thing 'getting your oxygen mask on first' as we say... Parents might be interesting as well

: My son recently turned 5 years old
: and we had a cute little birthday
: party for him :h4)
: Since I am still on Step1 (29 days
: now) I didn't care about making
: cakes without sugar, but man oh
: man am I feeling it today! lol...
: I made a beautiful spider man cake
: that tasted wonderful and at the
: same time it looked so cool! that
: was rather of topic though... :s1(
: I am certain that my son is also
: sugar sensitive, therefore I am
: encouraging him to eat about 1 egg
: for breakfast every day with some
: complex carbs. He is sooo tiny
: that he needs only 6g protein
: every meal!
: I just hope the effects of the
: birthday party cake stupidness
: will pass soon... I really want to
: be human again... hehe...
: Today I had an omelet made of 2 eggs,
: 2 slices cheese and some fried
: mushroom... and on the side one
: slice of toast (brown) topped with
: 1 sweet scrambled egg... I find it
: much easier to eat enough for
: breakfast if I combine a salty
: dish with a sweeter one :h6)
