Thank you for your answer.
I have always been eating breakfast but not enough protein.
So today I have been eating a huge breakfast with 2 boiled eggs, cottage cheese, a slice of whole grain bread with a slice of ham and a banana.
That makes 33 grams of protein.

Now I understand why I got hungry about 2 hours after eating breakfast. I did not eat enough.

How long shall I wait before I start journalling?
