charles, start with a smnall, really small potato and see how it goes. you can find these in your farmers markets or coops/health food stores. start small, work your way up as you gauge your body's reactions.

: I have been having issues with the
: potatoe. I had been getting
: regular microwave russet potatoes
: but those have been spiking my
: blood sugar and bringing on brain
: fog afterward. I bought microwave
: sweet potatoes today hoping it
: would make a difference. I had a
: horrible reaction to it. I
: immediately got brain fog and a
: feeling of paranoia accompanied by
: flushing and feeling real hot.
: I have been doing great throughout
: the day and have stable energy for
: the most part. I eat three solid
: meals with Protien. The constant
: issue seems to be the potatoe. The
: microwave ones are usually huge.
: Does the reaction have to do with
: size? Should I cut down.
: Yesterday I had a regular small sweet
: potatoe left over (not microwave
: wrapped, but I microwaved it
: anyway) I seemed to have an
: alright reaction with that. But
: tonight was horrible, I haven't
: felt that bad in a while.
: Any thoughts?
