I want to congratulate you for having a month of *breakfast every day*!! That is wonderful. It will take some time for the binging to settle, but focusing on breakfast is laying a great foundation. Part of my nature is to want things to change quickly...like yesterday! The program works, but it does take time to settle our brains and bodies. Being calm, clear, and craving free has been so worth it for me. Hope you can continue to focus on breakfast. Have you thought about moving on to step 2?
