Breakfast in August

Hi all,
Had shake at 7 and part of a veggie/potato/egg bowl for 2nd breakfast at a restaurant near work. Worked nicely since lunch wasn't til 1 and the leftovers were great. Shake had a little too much green today because I added the last of the parsley so it wouldn't get wasted along with the spinach. So it tasted "green". Spinach (raw) doesn't really taste at all.

*pre prepped: yes
*enough protein: yes protein powder, brazil nuts, peanutbutter
*brown: yes, oats and flaxmeal
*w/i hour: up 6:25 shake at 7.
*greens: chopped spinach, chop parsley
"everyday: so far so good.
