So hard!

I have had a horrible day and a HORRIBLE late night binge :( I have been doing breakfast every day for nearly a month and gained about 5 lbs. I am miserable!! I start out feeling great and sometimes make it 3 or 4 days, but I am so sick of these binges!

My first reaction tonight was to just go back to my old way of eating. At least I was skinnier! Then I got on here and read some of your struggles too and remembered I am not alone. Instead of skipping breakfast tomorrow, I'm going to get up and have my protein in time!
