I've been having cooked breakfasts because I was struggling eating anything at all so early and quite like bacon, eggs etc. Have never liked shakes/Smoothies. I think it's the texture. I do like porridge though so might try that.
I guess changing my eating routine will change all sorts of other things. Went a walk (well a stroll) in the evening yesterday. Never done that before. The problem with that is the smell coming from the take-aways and restaurants triggered cravings and I bought fish and chips. The dog got an equal share so he's not quite so digruntled now.
