I have been having issues with the potatoe. I had been getting regular microwave russet potatoes but those have been spiking my blood sugar and bringing on brain fog afterward. I bought microwave sweet potatoes today hoping it would make a difference. I had a horrible reaction to it. I immediately got brain fog and a feeling of paranoia accompanied by flushing and feeling real hot.
I have been doing great throughout the day and have stable energy for the most part. I eat three solid meals with Protien. The constant issue seems to be the potatoe. The microwave ones are usually huge. Does the reaction have to do with size? Should I cut down.
Yesterday I had a regular small sweet potatoe left over (not microwave wrapped, but I microwaved it anyway) I seemed to have an alright reaction with that. But tonight was horrible, I haven't felt that bad in a while.
Any thoughts?
