A truly excellent shake for breakfast
Hi all,
During my hiatus from RR and work I went back to school. Last semester I had an 8am math class and would make my shake with extra greens and it really seemed to give me an extra mental boost and held me really well. When the semester was over I got lazy and just tossed in a perfunctory small handful. Last night I got out a container and scissors and chopped up some extra spinach so it fits in my blender cup. When I do this shake it's like my stomach smiles and my brain lights up.
August 3 shake:
*Pre-prepped: yes. having the oats in the water overnight makes them blend up really smooth.
*Enough protein: protein powder, brazil nuts, peanut butter
*Brown: 1/3 c oats
*w/i hour: up 6:30 shake 7:15
*Everyday: yes
*Greens: cup chopped fresh spinach (forgot I had parsley, too)
