Breakfast in August

Hi all,
today's shake was the same as yesterday's with the last of the romaine and a couple stray carrot shreds.

August 2: shake
*pre-prepped: yes
*enough protein: yes
*brown: yes
*w/i hour: up 6:20, shake 7:15
*greens: 1/2 cup romaine

Tomorrow's shake is in the fridge. I'm putting everything in except the protein powder and vitamins which works nicely. See you tomorrow.
