First I exhort , exhort, exhort again about taking it slowly. Sorry. I always see the pacing as sort of a cementing in of good new habits. Some steps are far easier than others and it is different for each person.
With me it was step one -- very hard.
step two delightfully easy.
step three , enormous challenge and the other steps , a combination of experiences with a lot of strong realizations such as how few brown grains I ate.
You will be able to offer a lot to the forum. The best news is this. Right from the beginning you will notice positive changes. Please tell us about those and keep us all highly motivated. In turn, ask for help and whine as much as you like but I really enjoy hearing about small changes.
