Hi Amy, and welcome. I am feeling like a newbie because I have been gone from my program and this board for a long while. I am also trying to participate daily and I really identify with what you say about isolation. Today I opened my food journal and found this quote: "You cannot heal addiction in isolation." And that brought me back here.
