Steo 4 and Sugar

I have noticed that my daily sugar intake (same time after dinner) has increased by almost 50-75% since I started Step 4. I don't know what that is about (or how I managed to do this) but it is making me drowsy in the evenings. I must admit I am sleeping better though with the potato. Not quite as energetic in the morning as when my sugar intake was lower. I tried to cut back to pre-step 4 sugar levels. However, I am not willing to reduce my current daily intake.

A nice thing is that I have not had a full out sugar binge in 6 weeks. Even though I sometimes want to, there is "something" stopping me from going through with it.

Am I obsessing too much about my sugar intake right now at Step 4?
