Breakfast in August

Hi all,
Since it happens to be the 1st of August (really?? where did July go??) I'm declaring it breakfast month. I'll be focusing on getting all 4 parts plus prepping the night before and having greens in it. I love greens in shake...what an easy way to get a serving in everyday.

Aug 1: shake
*Pre-prepped
*Enough protein: pea protein powder, 3small brazil nuts, Tbsp peanut butter
*Brown: 1/3 cup oats, Tbsp flaxmeal
*w/i hour: up 6:30, shake 7:20
*Greens: 1/2 cup romaine

Off to make tomorrow's shake.
