It's so nice to hear from you!

Shake's sure are nice, aren't they. What do you enjoy in yours? I've been using one for snack, and I use coconut milk and a bit of carob...plus some brown rice crackers for a complex carb. For breakfast I've been enjoying buckwheat cereal, chicken, and Mexican Fiesta seasoning.
