5 year anniversary

Just want to share that this month is my five year anniversary of finding RR.

Time to pause for applause :h2) :h2) :h2)

Here are 5 things I'm grateful for:

1. I no longer 'buy into' my feelings. Even when they're big and scary and hard to shift. I always remember it's biochemical and will pass.

2. Every day for the past 5 years I've done the food. Not perfectly, but certainly committed.

3. I'm learning more and more about my body. The level of awareness astounds me. I am coming up with my own solutions that work.

4. I know how to get back on track if I stumble. This gives me confidence.

5. I know what the food can fix, and what the food can't fix (when I need to look elsewhere for). It's been a journey involving a whole health team, with me at the centre and as 'expert' of my body.
