Petra,
24 days of breakfast is really remarkable, I hope you are quite proud of yourself! What are you having for breakfast?
I think your bad day could be as you suggest, the variation in breakfast times, or it could be because you have inadvertently cut back on sugar, or it could be about your medication timing or perhaps one of other things as well. It's very hard to tell when we're in the beginnings of the steps.
The important thing is to keep your breakfasts on track and progress on through the steps. So many things just clear up as we move along.
So keep piling up those breakfasts and the bad days will get fewer and farther between.

: Oh dear.. I think this might have
: been my
: worst day since I started RR
: I've felt like crying since 10 in the
: morning!
: I have no idea whats wrong, since
: I've been having enough protein
: and
: complex carbs for breakfast and
: having it within an hour of
: getting up...
: I've been doing this for 24 days
: now...
: I have a hunch that it's because I
: don't get up at the same time
: every day and thus the time for
: breakfast varies a lot.
: I suppose I'll have to get up at
: 05:30 every day...
: and when it's my day off, I'll just
: go to bed again after eating...
: I'll just have to try that.. the only
: problem is my medicines...
: I use Ritalin about 4 times a day and
: I really have a hard
: time sleeping after I take my
: medicine.
: I also have a hard time getting out
: of bed without my medicine...
: so I'd say I've got some problem
: solving to do!
: Any ideas could be a life saver
: I actually feel better now that I
: wrote this.. lol
