I've missed you, too.
My shake is pretty much the same all the time, 1/2c berries or other fruit, pea protein powder, all one vitamins, rolled oats, nuts and/or nutbutter, ground flaxseeds, water and green leafy things. The greens change according to whatever is currently in the fridge. Today it was romaine lettuce.
I'm hoping to get back in the habit of getting it ready the night before. I've found I don't like it as well pre-blended with the greens in (gets really ugly overnight) so will do everything except blend tonight.
