Welcome back Janice!!!!
I've missed you, especially at Ranch this year.
How do you make your shake? Is it always the same? Do you have your brown in it or on the side?
I have a favorite shake -- choc almond milk, protein powder and frozen raspberries but this summer I've gotten creative with it and am now adding fresh spinach and parsley. It is the oddest color but tastes good! In the summer my brown is Ezekiel toast butin the winter it is oatmeal.
Good to see you here

: Hi all,
: I've been away from connecting here
: for quite awhile. I had a moment
: of *knowing* that I didn't
: completely understand beyond
: *knowing* that my next stage of
: healing had to be done outside a
: group setting. I won't lie, it was
: hard stepping back but the
: *knowing* was so strong I decided
: to trust myself.
: Long story short, I learned a lot
: about my core issue and did some
: healing there. I learned a lot
: about my relationship with sugar
: past and present. Now I think the
: time is right to let sugar go for
: good. I haven't been successful on
: my own since this program is the
: best way I know to move beyond
: sugar. It's been the lessons I
: learned here that sustained me
: during the time away. But, I miss
: the connection and support.
: Breakfast today: shake w/i an hour.
