Day one breakfast
half cup oatmeal made with one cup almond milk...25 gr whey isolate protein powder...half apple...within the hour...lunch was salad, homegrown tomatoes,cuke and other veggies...turkey and chicken mixed in...passed up the cake my hubby had taken out for dessert...said poison for me right now...I know I can have it on step one...feeling pretty good...Char
