wonderful that you are here!!

just work on breakfast.

now, you know that it really is not your husband's fault that those things
are hopping into your mouth and...it is insensitive...however,
we can help you which is why I am so happy you are back

Breakfast...work on that...

and maybe move the sweets to meals.

and surgery is a big deal. Lots of times people get in trouble.

just work on breakfast and keep posting.
