Hi Marcy,

That particular medication is very addictive and is not just a sleep *aide* :s3(

some treating the impact of one addiction with another drug seems a little difficult, so I am thinking the best is to look at adds for a computer wind down...hot bath? hot chocolate? snack? sex? boring book? All of the above :h3)

Do you take the ativan regularly?
