Fat is good

I am sure if we could erase the last 30 years of health advice (which was avoid fat and take sugar) we would get back to 1940s health. That the right fats are good is hard to make people realise. I actively lookfor the grass fed beef with fat on and eat salmon 4 times a week. Since I upped my fat recently and took more exercise I have felt much better and lost a few pounds without trying.
