Hello, RR community.

I am taking Prednisone tablets (a taper of dosage over the course of 12 days... am on day 4) for a nagging back-muscle injury. (This is under a doctor's care, of course.) Is there anything I should know about how Prednisone might affect those of us who are sugar-sensitive and how I might take care to lessen those effects? I'm currently on Step 5 of RR. Thanks for any input.
