I must admit a shiver went down my spine when I read slim fast

I can remember years ago when I was working with a friend who had slim fast... she always felt a bit weird after it, so we took her blood sugar and it had shot up, which put us off it a bit.

( not that I hadn't tried it myself you understand, having done every diet on the planet )

So when I started step one it was ages before I was even willing to try shake because it reminded me so much of slimfast!

is there a particular reason you are thinking of slimfast? Do you like shake for breakfast?
