The only vitamins I would avoid are chewable ones. And if you can find your vitamin in a tablet, you can cut it in half. I have B-100 and I cut them in half to get B-50, which seems to be what I need.

: Hey Everyone,
: I have a quick question about
: cellulose in vitamins. I've been
: looking everywhere for the 25mg
: capsules of b12 but i haven’t
: found them yet. 50mg made me
: jittery and I thought I should
: tone it down. I was looking online
: and I found that cellulose is in
: most capsules.
: Is this a sugar? Do I need to avoid
: this at all?
: I'm trying to do the four steps right
: now and not worrying about the
: others. I just got back from Korea
: and have some downtime to solely
: focus on food and get out of this
: depression. I'll be working within
: the next two weeks again, but I
: wanted to make sure I had somewhat
: of a routine down because so far
: this has really been helping me.
: Cut out gluten today, which is good
: news. ;)
