Ive just been having fun freezing greek yogurt.

if you have it in the freezer for the optimum time it goes all crusty and freezy on the outside and chilly and lickable inside :h7)

mind you I do have it as an extra as it doesnt seem quite dense enough as a prime protein source. Its like I need a bit of ballast first :h6) Otherwise I get irritable . Same with ordinary yogurt, you'll often see us say that dense protein isn't the runny sort... dense being something you can hold in the hand..

Great work on a months breakfasts Marcia :h2) is there a particular one that you've found really satisfying?
