Which set of steps are you using, Juanita? Kathleen adjusted the steps after the first book, because she found that people did the journal better if they ate breakfast. In the steps we use now, step 2 is the food journal. I don't think that would help with anxiety, although it might help you identify what causes anxiety. But step 1, breakfast, should help some by stabilizing blood sugar a bit. Step 3 should help even more. And step 4 would also help by raising serotonin.
