great to meet you.. anxiety was probably my main concern really. Though I did have this idea that if only I lost some weight it would go. I find that interesting now as to how I diverted everything on to that..

I focused a lot on anxiety at first , to the extent of thinking, 'why is everyone going on and ON about breakfast when I am so anxious' :h6) I was busy focusing on that instead of the step :s6(

with everyones help :h5) I wrote in my journal to focus on the solution and not the problem ... the solution turned out to be the food :h10) So just doing my step was the best thing I could do :h4)

step 3 was a turning point for me. I think the stabilising effects of the 4 parts of breakfast, journal and then step 3 just helped my blood sugar leg so much that it made a big difference. There are parts of each step that help me keep steady I think.

How is step 2 going Juanita? its one of my favourite ones, though I didnt find it that loveable at first, I am that grateful to what it brings me :h11) Love to hear what breakfast and journal is like for you
