I wonder what you are having for breakfast? Would a protein shake and a slice of whole grain toast be a huge breakfast?
I know we have lots of people here who work out in the mornings too who have solved this problem, so I hope someone will share their successes with you.
I am wondering if you eased your morning exercise routine back a bit for a while and then gradually built back to the level you're at now, if that would work. Our bodies seem to like slow changes rather than abrupt ones.
