It always helps me to breathe slowly and deeply, in and out, to the count of eight while I tell myself that I am taking steps to make things better.
Doing the food is a definite solution, ongoing slowly but surely.
I agree with Kari that staying hydrated helps a lot . It is such a simple thing but makes an amazing difference. Heat index here is 112F :s3( but even in cold weather it is still very important to drink your eight glasses a day.
