Timing Workouts
I am NOT a morning person and have very long days. In order to workout there are days when my only option is to get up about 5 a.m. and get started. I'm wondering how I'm supposed to eat that huge breakfast (20 grams of protein plus a complex carb) then workout without getting sick. If I workout before eating I won't get my breakfast within the first hour. ???
