Re: Just found out I have a gluten intolerance, stressing

Hi Cam,

I think it is probably normal to feel stress about such a change. What gluten meals or
foods are you eating that you'd like some help adjusting?

Some gluten free browns that come to mind are oatmeal, cream of brown rice,
cream of buckwheat, wild rice, brown rice, oatcakes, beans, sweet potatoes,
baked potatoes, Food for Life English muffins, wild rice cakes, quinoa, rice pasta,
Sunshine black bean burgers.

I cook for someone gluten free and don't eat much myself. I don't eat dairy either.
And I'm on step 7 so no sweeteners. I feel like I eat an abundance of yummy food,
never feel a lack now. I focus on all the delicious foods I enjoy eating. For dinner tonight
I went to a Chinese restaurant and had ginger green beans and beef, brown rice, and
sautéed mixed veggies.

There's plenty of hope and variety still here for you, Cam! :h2)

: I bought Kathleen’s cookbook recently
