What a great post! It is so inspiring to read about how just those four parts of breakfast can make a difference in how we feel.
And there is so much more good stuff to come. I'm glad you've relaxed and really gotten into the program.

: at one time, and eat a potato, and
: take vitamins, and I felt like I
: was going to crawl out of my skin!
: Now, I've just taken on breakfast,
: and done the rest of my normal
: day, including an alcoholic drink
: around 5pm. I feel so stable and
: peaceful doing it this way! I
: don't care how long it takes me to
: get to step two. I'm happy and
: pleased to just be doing an
: adequate breakfast! (I was another
: one who never ate breakfast other
: than coffee.) I wouldn't trade
: this feeling for any amount of
: diets in the world. thanks
