hopeless

I have been doing a five bite diet twice a day and feel like a lunatic.

I need help. I'm sugar sensitive and have had no luck anywhere. I'm unemployed so I need cheap meal ideas. Can I do 6-7 eggs with a cup of oatmeal for breakfast? That's the cheapest breakfast I can come up with that will fit my protein needs of 42 grams.

I'm big and afraid of getting bigger. I just keep pulling all my hair out literally.
